Thomas H. Detrick, David W. Detrick, and Steven T. Detrick. The
company emphasizes Integrity, Customer Service, Timely
Communication, and Customized Financing Solutions for each Client.
Below is a brief biography of each of the Principals:

THOMAS H. DETRICK, BS Business Northwestern 1957
Thomas is a 1957 Graduate of Northwestern University from the School
of Business. He has served as Senior Vice President for San Diego
Federal/ Great American Savings and headed up operations for the
Southern California District. He held a similar position with Continental
Bank in Chicago. His relationships and years in the banking industry
allow Thomas to provide experienced service for his clients. Thomas is
involved with Sigma Chi Fraternity, Boy Scouts of OC, and the Lincoln
Club.

DAVID W. DETRICK, BS Civil Engineering USC 1982
David is a 1982 Graduate of USC from the School of Civil Engineering.
He has been a Top Producer for the past 20 Years in the mortgage
industry, and has held a title of “ #2 In the Nation Customer Service
Rating ” by National Builder Survey in 2000. David has also been a
Preferred Lender for a number of Builders including California Pacific
Homes and Citation Builders. David has been involved with BIA, Phi
Delta Theta Fraternity, HOAG 552 Club, USC Cardinal & Gold, USC
Associates, and has been a Volunteer Coach for various Youth Sports
Teams in Irvine and Newport Beach.

STEVEN T. DETRICK, BS Civil Engineering USC 1984
Steven is a 1984 Graduate of USC from the School of Civil Engineering.
He holds a Broker’s License and has been a Top Producer for 15 Years.
Steven’s analytical approach to lending provides his clients with the best
solution to their financing needs. Steven is involved with the Pasadena
Board of Realtors, USC Cardinal & Gold and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
